Yield: 4 cups
Ingredients
1/2 cup nuts or hemp seeds (almonds, cashews, and mac nuts work great), soaked in water at least 4 hours
4 cups cold water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
Drain and rinse nuts (or seeds). Place them in a blender with the water, vanilla, and salt and blend on high speed about 30 seconds to one minute until liquified.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut bag and refrigerate.
Use within 5 days.
