Ingredients
persimmons, peeled and sliced thin
a variety of chicories, torn
roasted and salted mixed nuts, chopped
parsley, chopped
dill, chopped
lemon juice
EVOO
raw honey
salt and pepper
Parmigiano-Reggiano, shaved
Instructions
In a large bowl combine persimmons, chicories, nuts, and herbs. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and toss well. Garnish with shaved warm.
